Q: 1.Can I get your free samples?
A: Yes, you can. Our samples are free for customers.

Q: 2.What is your payment terms?
A: 30% as deposit , balance before shipment. We will send goods to you within 1-3 work days after receiving 100% of the payment.

Q: 3.Are you factory ? Do you export directly?
A: Yes, we are factory. We export goods by ourselves.

Q: 4.Is there a minimum quantity requirement for the order?
A: Yes, the minimum quantity is 10000 pcs each type pump.

Q: 5.Can I customize the product color and model?
A: Yes, you can. We accept product customization, but you need to pay $50 for the toning fee, and it will be returned to you after you place the order. About opening the mold, you need to pay the mould cost. But if the order quantity is more than 500000pcs, after you place the order, we will return the mould cost.

Q: 6.What kind of shipping way do you have?
A: Usually we send goods by ocean shipping.

Q: 7.How to guarantee the quality of your products?
A: The quality of our samples is the same as the finished product that was finally handed to you. Because the mold is often maintained and optimized, the product molds have high precision. Every finished product will go through the leak detector to eliminate defective products, and finally all finished products are all full inspected.

Q: 8.If there are quality problems in the received products, how to solve them?
A: (1)If it is the appearance problem, please inform us within 5 working days after receiving the goods.
(2)If it is the function quality problem, please inform us within 30 working days after receiving the goods.
